<note>ABSTRAK

The use of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) is one of the asphalt recycling
technologies, RAP is a hot mix used material resulting from cold milling
excavation. This research was conducted to make a mixture of Asphalt Concrete –
Binder Course (AC-BC) using RAP as an additive for making new asphalt
concrete with a rejuvenating agent. This study aims to determine the effect of used
cooking oil as a RAP rejuvenator on the durability of the AC-BC coating design.
The results of the study showed that as the level of used cooking oil increased
from 0% to 4.5%, it tended to decrease some of the Marshall characteristic
parameter values, including the value of stability, VIM, VMA, and MQ.
Meanwhile, the VIM and VFA flow values tend to increase. Residual Strength
Index (IRS) values with immersion time of 24 hours and 48 hours for each
variation of 0%, 1.5%, 3% and 4.5% have met the minimum requirements of the
IRS with a minimum value of 90%, the IRS value with soaking time of 72 hours
does not meet the minimum requirements because it is below 90% in all variations
of the mixture with values of 88.63% , 86.13% and 84.81% respectively.
